Compile Note — Generates the full H&P from the scaffold sections. Your edits and refinements are preserved verbatim.
Cancel — Appears during generation. Stops the SSE stream mid-flight.
Back to Sections — After compiling, returns to the section editor for further edits and re-compile.
Search — Filter the admission list by name, MRN, or chief complaint. Press / to focus.
Status tracking — Each card shows status: pending, data entry, generated, or saved.
Section sidebar — As you type or paste clinical data, detected sections (HPI, Vitals, Labs…) light up in the sidebar.
Save Draft — Saves the generated H&P to your workspace only. The patient does NOT appear in Census yet.
Send to Census — Creates the patient in Census and saves the H&P note. This is the explicit handoff.
Click Dictate to start recording. An audio meter and timer appear while active.
Partial transcripts display in real-time. Final text is appended to the clinical data textarea.
An audible beep signals start/stop of recording.
